We allow easy exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
- Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹150 (applies to each exchange)
- Exchange Options:
– Exchange for the same product in a different size or color
– Or choose a completely different product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)
– Note: Only one exchange is allowed per item
Important Notes
- A reverse shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all return or exchange requests and is deducted from the total refund.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
